of salad ingredients
Dressing
- ¼
cup white vinegar
- ¾
cup oil
- ½
teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon
French mustard

- Split
each pita bread into 2 rounds.
- Barbecue,
grill or lightly pan fry the fish fillets until cooked.
- Place
fish on each pita round.
- Add
any combination of salad ingredients.
- Combine
all dressing ingredients.
- Spoon
dressing over salad and roll up the pita bread.
