The Home page of your browser is the page which it goes to when it first starts up, and the page it returns to when you click on the "Home" button of your toolbar.

To set your browser to use the Fish'n'kids as your Home page:

Netscape Navigator 4.x

On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
Select Navigator from the category list
Put in the URL of the the Fish'n'kids front page - http://fishnkids.dpi.nsw.gov.au -- or any other Fish'n'kids page you like.

Internet Explorer 4.x

On the main menu click on View then select Internet Options
Select Homepage from the category list
put in the URL of the the Fish'n'kids front page - http://fishnkids.dpi.nsw.gov.au -- or any other Fish'n'kids page you like.

Opera 3.x

On the main menu bar click on Navigation and select Set Home.
In the Global Home Page field, put in the URL of the the Fish'n'kids front page - http://fishnkids.dpi.nsw.gov.au -- or any other Fish'n'kids page you like.
Click OK
On exiting Opera, select the Save Windows checKBox.
On launching Opera, you will need to click on Home in the toolbar.

Internet Explorer 3.x

On the main menu click on View then select Internet Options
Select Navigation from the category list
put in the URL of the the Fish'n'kids front page - http://fishnkids.dpi.nsw.gov.au -- or any other Fish'n'kids page you like.

Netscape Navigator 2.x

On the main menu click on Options then select General Preferences
Select Navigator from the category list
in the "Startup" section, put in the URL of the the Fish'n'kids front page - http://fishnkids.dpi.nsw.gov.au -- or any other Fish'n'kids page you like.

Netscape Navigator 3.x

On the main menu click on Options then select General Preferences
Select Navigator from the category list
in the "Startup" section, put in the URL of the the Fish'n'kids front page - http://fishnkids.dpi.nsw.gov.au -- or any other Fish'n'kids page you like.

Internet Explorer for Windows 3.1

On the main menu click on View then select Options
Select Navigation from the category list

Netscape Navigator for Mac

On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
Select Navigator from the category list

Internet Explorer for Mac

On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
Select Web browser from the category list followed by home/search
put in the URL of the the Fish'n'kids front page - http://fishnkids.dpi.nsw.gov.au -- or any other Fish'n'kids page you like.

America Online 3.x

On the main menu click on Members then select Preferences
Select WWW icon from the category list
put in the URL of the the Fish'n'kids front page - http://fishnkids.dpi.nsw.gov.au -- or any other Fish'n'kids page you like.

Don't forget that you can bookmark any pages you like on the Fish'n'kids. In both major browsers you do this by the keyboard combination Control-D (Apple-D for Macintosh users), and you can find the menu options for bookmarking sites under Bookmark (sometimes shown as a small green bookmark icon) in Netscape, and under Favourites in Internet Explorer.
