fish recipes

serves 4

  • 2 large pita bread
  • 4 fish fillets
  • selection of salad ingredients

Dressing

  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¾ cup oil
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon French mustard

 

  • Split each pita bread into 2 rounds.
  • Barbecue, grill or lightly pan fry the fish fillets until cooked.
  • Place fish on each pita round.
  • Add any combination of salad ingredients.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients.
  • Spoon dressing over salad and roll up the pita bread.
